Back in 2001 we purchased the property rights in B1 Lot108 at Ciudad Grande in Sta Rosa. This has been our home for thirteen years. We checked the property’s status but we found out that we cannot afford to continue the monthly amortization of the said property. The National Home Mortgage advised us to wait for the property’s foreclosure .Since National Home Mortgage will foreclose the property we opted to think that it wouldn’t need a great amount of money. To our dismay the property has been foreclosed two years ago by an institution named BFS. We started inquiring months after but they said that the company only welcomes cash payment. Because we cannot procure the said amount we allowed ourselves to think of saving which we really were unable to do since our children are in college. We thought that when one of them will graduate in 2007 then that will be the only time we can do our best efforts to buy the property.

However, on November 4,2014 we had received a letter from The Regional Trial Court of Binan summoning us to vacate the property within ten days. The following day we went to BFS office but we received the same answer, BFS will only accept cash payment. There were no options, so we decided to start the painful ordeal of packing each thing we have in the house and rented a place to stay. We were hopeless, though it was really painful to leave the place there was no recourse at all. We tore off the patio we attached the house on November 9,2014. In compliance with the law we need to vacate the property and because the sheriff will lock the house in his violation we decided to take everything we thought could still be useful in the new place.

Yet, God is good. Probably we have prayed hard enough. . .while we were tearing up the roof of the porch Ma’am Juvy Ramos went to follow-up our neighbor’s property which is also in BFS. She took notice of what was going on with the property we have occupied  and inquired about it. Sunday night of the said date our neighbor, who has the contact number of Ma’am Juvy, introduced my husband to her. We decided to meet the following the day. Out of pity she promised to help us. There never was any doubt at her intention to help since the day we met. She was able to carry through with us and brought us to the Financial Institution she was working. We were so glad to find out that the Boss and all office workers at Oana Credit Solutions were just as accommodating. My husband does the follow-up almost always for three weeks.

The willingness of Oana Credit Solutions to help people who are in dire need is incredible. The company never took advantage of the persons predicament rather make it a point to be of service and of help with no delay. We were equally amazed by the company’s dedication and service. The company’s condition in terms of percentages wasn’t pinning much at all. We wished that there will be no more people the company can continue to help. Oana Credit Solutions is incomparable. There are other companies which bear the same nature of business; however, unlike Oana Credit Solutions they aren’t there to greatly but, mainly to do business since charges are overwhelming.

Thank you very much to the people who made up the company. To Ma’am Mylene and her Husband , Sir Mhel, and Ma’am Juvy, and all other people who were made instrument by God to allow us to acquire the property a million thanks wouldn’t be enough. . . Thank you very much. On November 28,2014 Oana Credit Solutions has helped us redeem the property. We were able to spend Christmas 2014 and welcome the New Year 2015 in our home.
